Timeline: We are currently shooting for Ope North's main taproom, sports courts and patio to be completed early July with second taproom and event spaces to follow in the coming months. This spot will very quickly be the best place to park a food truck in the Fox Valley. In fact, we anticipate our Appleton location soon being one of the busiest taprooms in the state.

General Availability
We won't hold you to it! Just want to get a sense of how often you'd like to potentially be at Ope! North. We will reach out via email at a later date with scheduling options.

We book one truck Monday-Thursday. Usually two or three on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and larger events. We may likely also have additional opportunities and preferred vendor slots for private events!
